A local guy is selling a very nice 445 with original box, tools, manual, two barrels with a full lug barrel shroud and the other with a half lug barrel shroud, Dan Wesson ammo, lots of brass, 1000 primers, Leupold scope, etc. What is a fair price for one this nice?

You're pretty darn close but depending on the scope maybe a tad high? Nonetheless, I'd start at $2K and work up, if needed, bowing out at $2400. After $2400, it isn't a "deal" that lets me come out on top...
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

True, I was pricing items if sold separately and were properly described and illustrated. I have always been mystified by the fact that a pristine and original pistol pack is worth less than the items sold separately. It is counter intuitive. On the other hand, it shows the success of the modular design of Karl Lewis.

That would be me. I already have a duplicate Hunter Pack case for it, and contacted CZ-DW about a 6" barrel assembly.
But, He is thinking about keeping.
