I have been a fan of Dan Wesson revolvers for several years now. And on more than one forum the question was frequently asked "when will Dan Wesson make revolvers again?"  well with the way CZ was commited to the 1911 line my coment had been more than once  "when Hell freezes over".

I guess Hell froze over because yesterday at a local gunshop Bill's in Robinsdale,MN. I saw and handled one, it was NICE!!  Fit and finish was great, I didn't think we would ever see these produced again. Now with the price tag in the 1100.00 range I won't be getting one anytime soon unless it has some more barrels with it. But than again maybe I should because if these don't sell no reason for CZ to keep making them.

Well thats wonderful news. They must be looking at the prices on Gunbroker and what a older used model goes for. My understanding DW is very popular in European countries. People over there can only own 2 weapon. If you get a DW or a T/C you can buy as many barrels as you want. So they are popular in countries like that too.

I handled one yesterday myself, a model 715. There is nothing for me to gripe about save the price.

Whats up with getting pics of these guns?  I've seen more pics of the 2014 Mustang that isn't even on the market yet than I have of a gun that is on the shelves.  Come on guys, we know you got 'em, now POST 'EM.post-pics

Greetings

Over at the Castboolits place a member noted last month he saw a couple for sale in his local area shop in Kansas.  Looks like there still is hope of a new run of Supermags one day.
