Good afternoon all

I have tried the search bar and the links on the side bar, I can only find .357 barrel tubes. Could someone show me a link that shows 10" 44 mag tubes. Can I buy tube only as I am convinced mine is bent. How on earth could someone bend a tube. I am sending it back as well when they go over frame but I am pretty sure its a tube issue.

Thanks Robert

If you are trying EWK, I believe he is out of 44 tubes. Usually whatever is listed is what is currently  available. The tube can be bent by dropping the gun while changing barrel assemblies, defective from the factory, and other crazy ways.

Send it back with the gun and tell them to check it for trueness, if it's bent, ask them to replace it.  They will make one and install it and send it back.  Shouldn't cost that much for just a tube.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

If EWK is out of 44 barrels currently, you can always purchase a brand new one from CZ-USA Dan Wesson.

The new Norwich N.Y. barrels are of very high quality, and the current shrouds have a nice laser engraved marking that matches current Dan Wesson revolvers, instead of the older style roll marks from the Monson and Palmer era. I have purchased new barrels and shrouds from both Dan Wesson, and EWK Arms. Both were extremely well made compared to some of my older original Dan barrel assemblies.

Here's a CZ-USA link for 44 barrels and shrouds.

https://shop.cz-usa.com/dw-products/revolver/barrels-shrouds/44-magnum

I should also mention that getting service and parts from CZ-USA can be a bit of a crap shoot at times depending on who you deal with, especially on the phone or website.

When you contact the Dan Wesson revolver portion of the company, they have a much better idea of what is going on and are MUCH more helpful. They may also have access to some parts that might show up as out of stock on the website. If you revolver is going to back for work, talk to them personally about what you need and they'll set you up nicely while its there. The Dan Wesson repair facility is really on top of things when it comes to DW revolvers. If you contact CZ-USA instead, they will sometimes choke when it comes to revolvers.

If you don't have the Dan Wesson portion of CZ-USA's contact information yet, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to provide it for you.

Contact info is in FAQs, General questions: Where can I buy parts?

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Thanks everyone, I spoke with Bob Collins the gunsmith today and they are going to fix me up. In light of Christmas I will wait until Monday to ship. I checked this 10" tube with a dial indicator and a block today and it appears to have around 0.028 of runout in it from end to end on the smooth part of the tube. I would not think that could be within the industry standards ???? Gee Wizz what do you guys do buy 4 holsters I would have to deed the house to milt sparks.

Thanks Robert
