I went to one of by favorite sporting goods last Thursday. Approaching the
gun counter my knees weakened ,I broke out in sweat, and a feverish feeling
came over me. There was the cause a large frame DW sitting in the display
case. The clerk pulled the gun from the case a 744V6 (SN SB0051XX) it was
love at first sight I knew it would if possible come home with me.(It did). The
dreaded DWAS strikes again.

Sorry, guys was trying to be funny. It is not funny that I brought an
excellent revovler. The gun came with all the accesssories that it left
the factory with including power- port shrould/ barrel and a spare regular
barrel and an invoice from the DWA factory concerning a warranty repair.
The only thing wrong with is I have never seen a dirtier gun( Must be
the power-port system) as it took me several hours to clean. I paid about
$600 for it which in this area is not a bad price. I even talked them down
$50 which paid the tax. I will get pictures as soon as I can.

That ported barrel will make an incredible mess inside your shroud, worse if you shoot lead. Clean it after every session, without fail.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Congratz on the purchase... to be sure there is no cure, but your purchase will reduce symtoms for several months.
On the other hand... no one like to clean up someone elses mess. I suggest you send the gun to me. After a cycle of cleaning and testing I will return it. Such work takes a long time, about 18 months. If I find that I can't remove all the grime, I will spare you the expense of returning it....
ok .. its worth a shot......
