HSDW sentinel III firing pin

HI
I just bought a 1973 High Standard sentinel III. I am have a problem with light hits. I checked the firing pin and it looks different from a 15-2 illustration.
The front of the pin looks flat, giving it a very large striking point I don,t know what is normal. Will a pin from a 15-2 fit the HSDW model. I am lucky if 2 out of 6 fire first time around. Need help from HSDW owners.

Never had the problem with the HS or early Dan, so can't help you.

EWK spring kit, and a good cleaning fix most problems.
Pull out the firing pin, inspect and clean.
