Howdy.

I see the extra front sights, the feeler gauge for setting the barrel and the allen wrench for swapping the grips... what is the other tool? A variation of the barrel wrench?

I'm just curious is it is different from the two barrel wrench variants I have seen, thanks!

Always looking to learn something new.

That is the period correct barrel wrench for the gun. On earlier versions of that wrench, the center part of the tool slips out freely. Unfortunately that allowed for the "handle" part to slip off much too easily, so the later ones like the one here, were staked in & were not removable.

IMO, the design was a bit inferior & was replaced a few years later with the colored plastic style...which was an improvement, but also had it's flaws mainly because the plastic is prone to cracking & breaking.
