I know price is what someone is willing to pay for it but can anyone give me a value of that 44mag? I am trying to understand the pricing of the DW 44s and would like to know what you all think. - Thanks

Very nice, and you don't have to mess with that crazy, interchangable barrel stuff. Lol.
Pricing of DW 44s,seem to be all over the board lately. They have appreciated greatly in the last year or two. I see them from 750 to 1200 now with outliers occasionally. Box, tool, zebra grip are pluses that push them to the high side or higher. Of course condition is paramount. The first 10,000 with the short hammer spur seem to be less desirable. The other end of the price spectrum is Norwich First Issue guns. Some barrel configurations command a premium. Specifically, 4VH and 10VH. I think stainless may pull down up to a 20 % premium.
There are no more going to be made. That means further appreciation is likely. They more robust than probably any DA 44 made. And perhaps the most accurate.

Great gun. I have a stainless 5 inch fixed barrel as well. It's a awesome shooter. That being said, every DW I have shot is an awesome shooter.
Enjoy it and keep trying to find a brother for it. They get lonely sitting in the safe by themselves.
