I've needed a 2-1/2" barrel tube so I've been watching E-bay and sure nuf there's one --right now it's bidding at 80 something---BUT you can buy a Brand New one from the factory for about 70 plus S&H--So what am I missing?--am I misinformed on something? --used 80 new less money!!!!I can see this if you're talking a shroud--the new ones don't look the same a NOS but a barrel tube--really!!!

Dan Wesson/CZ does virtually nothing in the way of general, widespread notification on what is available. I don't mean this as a negative comment, it's just the way they do business on DW revolver stuff. Anyone needing parts or service on Dan Wesson revolvers is advised to deal directly with DW in Norwich. There may be long lead times for service, but they still have very good service/repair support for revolvers.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I think that they are out of stuff on a regular basis. Ditto EWK. Especially blued parts. Eric is very busy and makes batches when he can.

When I bought a 22-V6, I ordered the 2-1/2", 4", 8" & 10" barrel tubes from Norwich and will use the shrouds from my 15-2 Super Pack. I call this a Skeleton Pack for obvious reasons.
