This is a good idea! Because the expanded pin may want to wobble a bit in the hole, I'd slap the shroud on before the Loctite hardens, just to make sure the roll pin sets in the correct position.

Well-- she's fixed for the whopping amount of 11 cents ... Turns out the generous bevel on the hole caused an optical illusion, making it appear larger than it was....
I swung by the local ACE with the DW and found the correct pin in the drawer. Perfect fit in both the frame and shroud.
