Since it's a roll-pin, you can (very carefully) drive an ice pick into one end to enlarge it with out enlarging the whole thing. Then Loc-tite it into the frame.

This is a good idea!smile Because the expanded pin may want to wobble a bit in the hole, I'd slap the shroud on before the Loctite hardens, just to make sure the roll pin sets in the correct position.

I'd JB weld the pin to the frame and be done with it.

Well-- she's fixed for the whopping amount of 11 cents laugh...  Turns out the generous bevel on the hole caused an optical illusion, making it appear larger than it was....

I swung by the local ACE with the DW and found the correct pin in the drawer.  Perfect fit in both the frame and shroud.
