Greetings
The Non adjustable models were marketed for security people and non hunters / competition. When the 15/2 came out revolver hunting and Silly Wets was the growing money maker. It was discovered the DW line could not only compete but was really the revolver to beat. As security people tend to want light weight arms the 44's and 41 were never intended for just personal defense but competion and hunting. The caliber .22 fell into the same bracket. Hunting and competition so adjustable sights. Lack of demand spelled the near end of fixed sight DW's.

Never have seen one of either variety. .22 lr fixed would be kind of pointless, I think, and as far as .41 or .44, those are really hunting calibers. Not being able to adjust would probably be counter productive.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
