Simple answer is: all of them.
That said, during the Palmer years DW made some fixed barrel guns. I believe those were made in .357 and .44 magnum only.
The interchangeable barrel assemblies are what made DW famous and a big reason for their accuracy and one of the reasons we collect them.
Welcome to the DWF. Now that you know, I'm sure that you will succumb to DWAS (Dan Wesson Acquisition Syndrome). There is no cure and the only medicine is to get another DW.

First you see a pistol pack in the LGS. You research it. Can not get it out of your mind. You haunt the forum. By now you have located another or are about to by the pistol pack. Maybe you all ready bought one and your looking at the second one. Next step is Gunbroker. Then ebay. Now you need the forum to verify that you did the right thing. IT'S OKAY. It is a healthy facination with the best made, most accurate, and argueably the most beautiful revolvers ever made. It doesn't hurt that they are much less expensive than the competition. Keep telling yourself it is an investment that will appreciate instead be devalued like cash or cost money to own like real estate. Oh, We are glad your here, welcome to the forum. Ole Dog
