Finish is well worn
I personally would pass on it at $350 but would need to see pictures to say for sure. This past weekend I went to a local gun show and a guy had a "new" 15-2 V8 for $675. The dealer stated "new" but from 4 feet away I could see a pretty shiny drag line, I ask if he had box and tool and of course he didn't. Needless to say I didn't even pick it up I just proceeded to the next table.

Agree with Jody.. I bought a 715 recently with a 6" and 2" VH.. used very little.. about a 100 rounds through it.. so not new but like new.. for $550.00 came with the tools, a belt buckle and 50 rounds of ammo.. I'd pass or make a low ball offer.. in the $200 buck range I'd consider a parts gun or having it re-blued and rebuild it yourself. good luck..

I'm assuming you mean 15-2, a 15 (no dash) for $350 might have some value to a collector.
A 15-2 that needs a refinish for you to be happy with might end up being a $500 gun, a little high IMHO. On the other hand, I'm the guy who bought a used 15-2, and then turned around and spent most of the purchase price all over again to have id done in bright nickel.
And it's priceless to me
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
