Hi, I have a NIB DW in .32 H&R Magnum. Somehow the the barrel is for a .22 cal revolver though. This came from an estate as NIB unfired. The shroud is correctly marked .32 Magnum but the barrel itself is not correct. Does anyone happen to have a 6” .32 cal barrel or know someone who might? Thanks!

A 22lr barrel will not screw into a 32 frame. Have you checked the cylinder to see if it is a 22 frame with a 32 shroud.

Correct. The barrel will not screw into the frame. The shroud/barrel were in its own box within the original box. The shroud box and shroud are both properly marked for .32 Mag. I have no idea how a .22 barrel got inside the shroud. The cylinder is also correct for a .32 Mag.

Sounds like parts of two revolvers got mixed up. Somewhere in the Estate is a model 22 with a .32 barrel.

There are actually two .22 cal Pistol Pacs (.22lr and .22 WMR) from the estate but they are still owned by the family. I just knew my .32 cal barrel was going to be in one of those Pacs but it was not unfortunately.
