Ok so here goes!
I just scowled EBAY for the MILLETT rear sight I've been searching for for quite some time now. I found the DW00003 rear sight assembly (large frame revolvers) and thought what the heck, seeing how I'm getting a DW .44 for xmas I might as well get the rear sight while I can.
So I bought it for 40$ and thought it might even fit my 15-2.
It does not. Not even close.
I proceeded to look online for a picture of said DW00003 sight, and can't find one!
The closest sight I found from MILLETT is the python sight, and I'm fearing that I was sent that instead!
So my question ~ Can anyone post a picture of JUST the Millett rear DW00001 and
DW00003 sights? I just have to know if I have the right one ~ or if I have to slap someone from across the interwebs.

I think I have a DW0003 mounted on my DW 22... I'll check the model number for you. It should fit the DW--I think it just sits a lot higer.

I just went through this whole exercise this past month and can offer you the following information:
Here is a picture of the DW00001. This sight will fit small frames, and blue.41/.44 serial # C00021275 / B023200 and higher, and SS .41/.44 serial # SC002354 / SD001825 and higher
The DW00001 is a white outline rear and is generally the one you want unless you have the lower serial # .41/.44.
Hree is a picture of DW00003 (less the elevation screw, roll pin, and springs). This is a 2-piece mounting system rear sight for .41/.44 serial numbers lower than stated above. The two sights are not interchangeable. Hope this helps - now do you need to slap someone?
