Howdy gunslingers, has anyone out there ever owned or own or even held one of the Lil Dan snubby revolvers. I have never seen or held one in person. Does anyone know of any reviews on the them.
Just very curious. Would love to see one in action.

IMHO- The 738 +P...aka Lil Dan... is one of the best small revolvers out there. They are seldom for sale, If some one has one, they dont want to part with it. DW made a couple thousand in the early 90s of the regular style and a hundred or so with bobbed hammers. Compared to my Colt SF and my SW Model 60, The 738 has better balance, trigger, and instinctive grip angle. Shoots 38 special and 38+P ammo. When they do show up on Gunbroker, sell prices are 700- 750 for gun only and over 1000 for LNIB sets. There was a band that even made a song about the Lil Dan....

I've owned several, Nice little guns I found they all tend to shoot a bit high using a center hold. Don't know if I'd use one for CCW but they are fun little guns to shoot.
