Well I latched onto a Little Dan .38 revolver.

Stainless, 2 inch, with original rubber grips.

I understand there is a wench made for it. Don't see any for sale but I wonder if something can be used to substitute so I can take the barrel off.

I picked it up for $200 but I have no idea what they are worth.

Thanks,

Deaf

You did very well at $200-- You can get a Lil Dan wrench from EWK arms --link for them is on left of screen.

Nice Lil-Dan. Worth is subjective of course. I would put worth at around $350.00  I have seen a few auctions go as high as $800.00. Only you can decide what it is worth to you. However I believe it is obvious most of us will say you got a smoking deal.

Prices recently have spiked.  A 738 on auction right now will likely feth north of $700, even more with box, tools and manual.  In my opinion, its a $350 gun, but you have a hard time finding them for twice that.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

I agree with most of the other guys 350.00 - 400.00 gun but they can bring a lot more at auction with the right buyers bidding.

I picked up mine a few years ago with a 349.00 Buy It Now auction price.

I would buy half a dozen at that price. Stainless Ruger GP 101 going for over $500.
