I have a local gun shop sending me some better pics of a DW Model 15 tomorrow. It is blued and looks to have had a pampered life. Faint turn ring and no wear on the blueing that I can see in these pics, but he is sending me some better resolution ones tomorrow. I have no idea what to look for on these other than cylinder movement and barrel alignment under lock up. Anything else to be aware of? And any idea on what price range I should buy it at if it is in as good of shape as listed ( 90%-100%). If new pics show different I will comment here and there is no box/tool/papers etc.
Thanks in advance

Lately, auctions on GB (Gun Broker) have been all over the place, and what I consider high a 6" Blue has been going for between 600-700. If you go out on GB and go to the advance search and completed item tab you can search for current sales. If it has the original box, tools, and paperwork it will bring a higher price.

Thanks I printed that article out a while back when I looked at a different DW revo. Very informative, tho I don't like looking down the business end of a gun even in my own hands full well knowing it is clear!!!! But I do in this instance. They are asking about $100 north of your high limit. I'm sure I can bargain some as the man said it was a kid/guy who inherited this from father/grandfather so it is probably on consignment. Doubt it will get down to the $600-700 range tho so it will depend on how much of a high 90% it is in person. For all the 1911 DW's I have I've yet to procure a revolver maybe it's not meant to be?????
