Easiest way is just using google translator.
Copy paste the Url into the message field, then either hit translate or click the new url to the right.

Here is the item discription translated:

So it looks like zustatzlichen made the grip, try googling it.

zustätzlichen just mean "extra" grip.

The grip mounted on the revolver is a Cesare Morini grip (it's stamped "CM" on the side).

Although it looks like you'd only be able to shoot in DA. Cocking the hammer doesn't appear very easy.
