Yes, that is a Model 15. It has a flush mounted barrel nut & the barrel is interchangeable.
$425 is toward the upper end of market value, $475 is too expensive. It's hard to see the gun's condition in the pic, but without the barrel wrench & feeler gauge, I'd be less inclined to pay more than $400 for it.
The collector value is admittedly low these days on Porkchops. Some collectors (like myself) feel they're more valuable & interesting than most folks do. I don't think you'd devalue it much at all by shooting it.
Just my opinion, others may vary.

To me the value of a gun is determined by whether I want it or not. If I want it even if it's more than the market value, I buy it. My wife says money is no good unless you spend it. I have one 14-2 and three 14 porkchops. I just like them and find them more interesting than other models. If you buy it eventually you will want to change barrels so you will have to get the barrel wrench and gauge. Pretty soon it will run into real money.
