The 360 is a large frame made only in Norwich it is a 357 magnum chambered long using a full length large frame cylinder instead of a shorter one like S&W did in the 27 & 28 the frame is there might as well use the length right. Case length is 1.41 and ends up in between not surprisingly 357 magnum and maximum/supermag it provides more velocity than magnum and is supposed to not have the finnickiness of the max. I have one but don't have any brass and they were marked 357 ++. Starline made a run of 360 DW brass but it is hard to find.
Here's a link with some more information

IMO assuming that it is in good shape anything under $1000 would be a good deal. The 360 or 7360 is very collectible I would venture to say it's up there with the 414 for rarity and if you have one accessible to you and decide to pass on it there will be a few forum members wanting contact info for the owner or shop (including me). If it comes with brass or ammo it increases the value as well since Starline hasn't made a run for quite a while and more than likely won't anytime soon.

Wow. This was instructive--I had no idea that such a thing existed. Waiting for photos!
