As a newbie I have read lots of forum posts but can't find specific answers...if these are redundant please point me in the right direction. I recently purchased a Monson M22-VH for $1800 and immediately fell in love. I have been scouring the internet for more information on pistol paks but it's sketchy out there.
Is there a list somewhere which shows all the variable pistol paks? Such as, is there a pak available in 744, 744-V and 744-VH?
My primary interest is in Monson revolvers but I imagine others would like to have the same info on all manufacturing periods.
Thanks for putting up with me...

You could order just about any caliber or model in a Pac configuration. The 22, 357 and 44 were most common, but 32, model 9 in 38 special and even 22ag have been seen in Pac form.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Do I understand then that a pistol pak could be put together by special order and that I might find one in any orientation?
I have seen them offered with different types of barrels in the same pak...such as a 15 but with a 15-VH barrel thrown in. I just assumed those were bad pistol marriages,

Some Pistol Packs that you see (particularly 15-2 models) may easily be "home built" Packs. The modular DW approach has over the years resulted in Packs that got broken up and sold off piecemeal, and Packs that have been built from just a frame with matching barrels, cases, accessories from a variety of sources.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
