I have posted about my 15-2 and some accompanying issues here in the past. Some came with the gun and some were caused by myself. Well the good new is that it is all better now. I ordered new barrel wrench and nuts from from EWK via Brownells as well as a EWK small parts kit, consisting of various springs pins screws and a ball bearing dentent. The kit came with no schematic or directions but anyone with a little gun knowledge an Internet connection and some common sense(I borrowed some common sense as I tend to run low at times)can figure it out The cylinder now locks in place like a bank vault door, and barrel change outs are easy as could be.
While "working" on it I broke off my ejector rod with a threaded piece remaining stuck nearly flush in the extractor star. I (with some thought provoking from a member here)was able to remove the threaded piece that was "stuck" in the extractor and salvage the extractor. I originally ordered a ejector rod from Brownells. But by guessing which one I needed, I guessed wrong and ended up with one too long for my needs. Thanks to another post by a member here I was able to call CZ/Dan Wesson USA and Penelope was able to get me squared away with the proper length ejector rod in less than a week. While I had it apart I cleaned out every nook and cranny and light lubed and oiled the various moving parts. it is slick as steel on polished ice and feels great in both single and double action. Needless to say I am a very happy 15-2 owner now and will be going to my range either tomorrow or Sunday to run some rounds through it.
Long story short I want to thank this site and it's members for sharing their knowledge and information that greatly helped me accomplish this work.
A big thank you to the DanWesson forum and it's members.
P.S. Lets just say for a hypothetical, a guy was interested in getting a new deep lustrous blue finish on his 15-2 cylinder and frame, where might said guy look to have that finish applied?

Great to hear that everything is working out. Just think, your success story may just help someone else take the plunge and do some DW home gunsmithing.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
