I know this question has been asked before. . . but I was hoping someone else has found a good solution.
I'm looking for a holster that will carry a 445 SuperMag with the 4" compensated barrel in a crossdraw position/chest carry. I think it's been called "alaska guide style" or "bandiolier style"
Anybody have any ideas or contacts where I do not have to send my gun in for a fitting?
Thanks!
hello I've had a holster made by a man in La Center, wa. I believe your from Oregon, he is normally at the Portland gun show. His business is cattail creek, Mr. bobby rose 37611 n.e. 41st. ave.,LaCenter, washington 08629, ph.#360-518-5727. Give him a call. What I did was to take my DW in and had him draw a pattern then when he was at the next show we meet and had a fitting. I paid $70 for the first shoulder rig then went back and had a scoped rig measured fo a 8" SM frame and am waiting to see when he gits it done. He is close and easy to work with. tell him dayton preble sent you.

Dave makes some outstanding rigs for any application. Each is custom made to fit YOUR gun/scope combo, however you want it. Excellent work, good prices.
