I started with the "What model do I have" and have to say i am even more confused. I was shopping my revolver around to see what I could get for it and I thought it was a 15-2VH. I am the only owner, bought it new in the 1990s. It is a Monson, Mass.... but it is stainless. My confusion comes from I thought the stainless were only produced in the 2000s? Serial ends in 1993. I rarely shoot it and decided to give it a new home. So what is it? Thanks. - Paul

If you have the original box and papers and tool it could be as high as $900 I would not sell it for $600 $750 low it looks like new condition! Yes it's a 715 has an adjustable sight on the rear of the gun. If you have the box, tool and papers don't go under $800 It could bring $900 or more on a gunbroker if you have all those things. Welcome to the forum. I just sold a Palmer 715 it was new in original box for $1050 I like Guns International better than GB. $18 per gun flat rate and no 1099 at end of year like GB!

So, I knew I was a pack rat, but this is a bit much even for me. I found the original receipt and owners manual. Purchased in 1989.Receipt shows Dan 715VH 6 S
I have a cash offer of 600.00.... is that a reasonable offer?
$600 is a bit low for the online market. Locally, the market may not be as strong. I would certainly pay $600 for it.

I've been offered a pretty nice chunk of money for my 715. I got it, in the box, with the junk plastic tool, three grips, and internal parts for the whopping price of $269+20 ship and +20 Transfer in 2006. I keep turning it down, as it will cost much more to get another one, let alone one that looks this good:
Basically, nobody bid on it for some reason. It's got one slight scratch on the barrel shroud, and a little grip scuffing. My first and still best GB deal.

Even back then, $269 was really cheap for the gun alone, let alone with all the grips and parts, box, and receipt. My last DW, which isn't great looking, is a scratched up 15-2 4VH and it was like almost $500 a couple of years ago. Perfect mechanically, but looks like an old PD trade in on the right side, especially.
