Has anyone had a chance to see the new DW 715's in person? All I have seen are photo's on Gunbroker and Gunsamerica. It may just be my aging eyes but there seems to be something different about the shroud. I just can't put my finger on it. Also the top strap seems thicker. It may be the lighting of the photo.

Shroud is different, and the price is outrageous. There are several topics on this, but the consensus seems to be that most of us will just keep on buying the originals.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I agree those prices are sky high. I guess thats why they were not snapped up as soon as they hit the dealer shelf. You could buy a whole Pistol Pack for that amount. I hope they realize its still just a .357 Magnum.

It looks like Dan Wesson/CZ is trying to forget these exist.
Also, they seem to be sold out everywhere already...

My LGS still has one, I can hook you up, it was there last week. They still have it because the price is too high, they have had it for about 3 months now.
