Good Morning Guys,

Yesterday I spotted an ad locally for some DW Grips.  Here is the listing:

Wood one piece grip with DW medallions very good condition.
Pachmayr presentation model one piece DW grips with box.

Here is what I got. Laugh

Here they are installed on my 15VH12…

I like the smooth zebra's better than the checkered I believe…

Gorgeous pair of guns.

It's cool when you expect to have purchased one thing and receive something even better.

I assume this was GTDW because the description is so wrong, yes?

I like the smooth Zebras better also, the only set of small frame ones I have came in my old stainless PP that is on the rotating banner at times.  Good score Jody!!

I got the Zebra's for $25 and the Pachmayr's for $20.  So I think I did okay. Wink

OK???  OK???

That was GTDW in spades.  The Pachmayr was about right, but you stole the zebra!!

Jody,

Those stripes on the 22 are fantastic, great color contrast.

Thanks for the pics.

I thought the smooth zebras were large frame only, very cool!

That .22 is just too cool. It's like the epitome of  DWA.

I've only got one set of the smooth small frame Zebras, and I agree, they look much better than the checkered variety.

OK, there's got to be one in every crowd and as usual, in any crowd I'm in; it's me.  I like the checkered on the small-frame guns.  Somehow it seems that the small-frame requires them.  Maybe it's just because they were all delivered with the checkered grips that makes it look just right to me.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Out there somwhere, there's a bunch of guys commenting on "those morons that collect guns made out of steel, and they only hold 6 rounds!"

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
