I think you mean does not time on one chamber when slowly fired. I encountered that with a new gun I cleaned and perhaps over oiled for the amount of smoothing of the frame and sideplate I did. I also put in new Wolff Springs. It would hang up on one chamber. I suspected a worn rachet but it worked when rapidly pulling the trigger. It was, I believe too much oil on the lockwork. The next day and some tries the action smoothed out and stopped doing it.

Welcome to DWF, please visit the New Member Topic so we can properly meet and greet you.
The DWF Average Joe Tuneup is a great place to learn more about your Dan Wesson revolver. You might try just a simple inside/outside clean up, some smoothing and tuning, or a spring change, this procedure has been used hundreds of times by DWF Members, and countless site visitors over the years.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
