BEHOLD !!! A tribute to all you CRA's out there...  The 709 CRA Pac 🙂  And, as you can see--I finally found the right Hunter green fabric.  This pack is actually a team effort. The Silver case idea came from CF's Lil Dan project.  My beautifully finished DW709 in 38 spcl wears a SS sight made by GEMINIMAN2 and has 3 other sight options included in the Pac.  In the forefront you'll recognize the wrench pattern as that of EWK--but I bet you've never seen one in SS Drool.  I can't thank all you guys enough for the help puttng this together.  Operators are standing by--so you guys can order your own CRA sights and wrenches !!!

Personally, the finishing touch on this is the pocket knife as far as I'm concerned.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks 🙂 That is actually a little Kershaw money clip knife that I have had for years.  I was just staring at the pack trying to figure out how to arrange it to fill the spaces, when I noticed the color of the grips and the SS were a perfect match for the knife.  As amazing as Zebras look, the Dark grips with the silver medallions looked better with the green.

I love the stainless wrench.  Now, if he would only machine the correctly sized hex wrenches into the inds of the pins...

I know, I know, I'm an anal, never satisfied witch.

Sorry, I'll try to do better.

I've actually got a wrench upgrade plan for EWK...he just doesn't know about it yet 😉

Good!  Actually, the center pin could be tapered down to the smallest size hex wrench too.  However, that would probably require CNC equipment which he may not be able to invest in.

I spent the evening finishing up my case for the .44, my first one with red cloth. I left some room for additional barrels that I hope to find down the road, but this will do for now. It is also sporting a prototype DWF Sign patch.Laugh

CF,

With or without additional barrel assemblies, that's a fine looking pack!  I particularly like the texture and pattern of the material that you used.  Oh, also a fine job working the padding and material around the hinge assemblies.  A+ job.

Another excellent looking Pac 🙂  I like the beaded fabric--gives it that little extra touch.
