Hello Everyone,
Will all Pork Chop Shrouds fit Models 11, W-12, 14-1 and 15-1. I found one but the person doesn't know what model it was from. My other concern is barrel length. My W-12 has an external barrel nut. If the shrouds are the same, can someone tell me the correct length of a barrel for a W-12.
Thanks!

The shrouds will interchange, but the barrels were a quarter-inch shorter on the 14 and 15. The muzzle end of the 14 and 15 shrouds are inset to allow for the barrel nut. The front sight would also be the wrong height. If you use a 14 or 15 shroud, you would need a spacer over the end of the barrel that is flush or slightly proud of the end of the shroud, because of the inset on the 14 or 15 shroud, the walls are most likely to thin to tighten the nut against.

Take a look at the muzzle end of the shroud, if it is bored for a recessed nut, you know it is a 14 or 15 shroud. If it is just not, then it would be a 11 or 12 shroud.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Everything said is correct. Also, Models 14 and 15 and models 14-1 and 15-1 have different rear sights. Consequently they are not interchangable with each other as the front sights are different heights. One possibility is to use a model 15 or 15-1 barrel assembly with the shorter barrel and interior nut. I suspect the 15, which has the same rear sight as the model 12, may be able to be adjusted to point of aim.
