Took my Satin Chrome 44mag to the range along with my 375SM. Had a blast (literally) both guns are fun to shoot, but the 375SM kicks butt. I was proofing my loads and I'm fairly pleased. I need to up the powder a little but the gun shoots well. Had two rounds out of 30 jump crimp, I may have had some lube in the case neck, I don't know.
I ran into a guy with a 15-2, trying out a gun show acquisiton. He didn't have an tools or a gap gage and was going to go to a local smith. I told him about this site and about EWK and the fine high quality tools he has. I hope he will drop in and have a look.
Anyway, here are some pics of my outing.
First pic is the 44mag at 20yds off hand, 240 gn XTP on top of 10.5gn unique. I had to drop my point of aim as I was shooting high.
The second pic is the 375 SM at 50yds off hand, 220 gn Sierra FP ontop of 17.5gn of 2400. I'm having some time getting used to a red dot sight, so I don't think that the large pattern is the gun or the loads, its me, but I'll get the feel of it. Quite a loud report from the 375, rang my ears a bit right thru a set of high quality ear plugs.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Nice report Scorpio. The 375 is really a fun round to shoot I have found. I have one also in a United Sporting Arms Seville and you really know when that one goes off compared to the DW revolver. I have found that getting the 375 dialed in takes some time hand loading to what your gun likes, the faster you push them the better they get.
