I don't think they can be fixed but, I am often wrong. OFT WRONG RON they call me. As long as they have the grip tang Allen wrench they can still be used on the gun bench.
I have one that came in fixed gun box. You still need the tool to take side plate and grip off and change sights. Looks very much like that one.

If its like mine it is a standard Allen wrench piece. Its the same size as the smallest wrench in my Bonhaus Imperial set, unfortunately the size label has worn off, but is one size down from a 1/16"

Sideplate Screws (5/64″)
Grip Screw (factory 5/32″ and 9/64" aftermarket) – this is a common point of confusion, because the OEM grip screws are a DW proprietary item with a larger head, which requires a 5/32" hex wrench. A normal aftermarket 8-32 thread pitch hex head screw replacement from any hardware store only takes a 9/64" hex wrench.

It looks to me like you may have a pretty rare item and I would not try to change it.
Willy's post above is a clue. The fixed barrel guns needed a tool but the tool did not need to have the ability to adjust the barrel nut since the nut was fixed. However, the allen wrenches on the tool definitely were needed.
You might exchange photos with Willy to compare your tool with his. If it is a tool that came from the factory with and for a fixed barrel gun then I bet someone with a fixed barrel gun and no proper tool would be interested in purchasing or trading you for it. I don't have a fixed barrel, but I would be interested in trading for it just for the collector value.

Thanks, the lettering was worn off on my set.
The small hex key is for unscrewing the front sight locking screw, the one for the sideplate & sights is on the end of the "T" handle.
Actually I think we're both making a mistake, looking back at his picture!
The outer "pin wrench" piece, for undoing the barrel nut, seems to be missing!

A little off topic but... I came across a socket wrench fitting that had been made into a barrel nut removal device. Very neat. I suppose it could have been used to remove balky nuts or to torque the nut on to a certain degree. I don't know what happened to it. I may someday find it in my horde.
