it really depends on how far back ,into the chamber those lines go, if in the area of the brass (case) then you may have issues with 'extraction', but up front, the fly in the ointment is accuracy? how does the gun shoot? how is the case extraction? if not an issue, then it is as we often have sen over the years MORE "cosmetic" than anything, and you'd really have to find out the "ideal" throat diameter before you go out and recut,polish out those marks ( tooling/cutter marks to my eyes...)
as for the plum, the DWA it was a temperature ( or time in) issue of the 'salt ' bath, with Ruger, it is an issue with the "batch" ( mix) for the casting of the parts....................

So some of the DW Barney guns may have been "friday" guns? LOL!
If that's the case, I own a couple of those...
