Can you install a barrel tube/barrel shroud from a model 15 or 15-2 onto a model 14 gun (NOT a Porkchop)? Also, can you mount a model 14 BA onto a model 15 or 15-2?

So there is no confusion, a 14 or 15 would be a Porkchop barrel. If you are asking if a non-Chop shroud can interchange between fixed and adjustable rear sight models, YES.
There will be POA/POI issues, resolved by changing the front sight. Easily done with a 15-2 onto a 14-2 swap using an EWK front sight conversion. The other swap (14-2 onto a 15-2) might be resolved with the rear sight adjustment, otherwise the front sight needs to changed to a taller sight.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
