Do we really care when they come out?

Keith was about to finish up my BTRZ10 this week and now thanks to weather I'll be lucky to get it before TG I bet. Oh well I have a couple of Colt DE's 10mm I can shoot tomorrow. Got to finish painting the deck today.

Maybe I'll get two of them... wink

It's right here.

Interestingly they can't even get their own BA nomenclature correct in their product posting.rofl

Well, I guess I qualify then.  I've been a computer programmer all my adult life, and in that business if you can't get it right, maybe you better not do it.  I try to live by one of my Dad's expressions; "Anything worth doing, is worth doing right."

I don't tolerate carelessness, laziness, and/or stupidity very well.

Not much of a sense of humor either or real so on the uptake of that one.

PS: Started in computer programing in summer of '63, left it for a more exciting life and travel at the invitation of the US government that fall.

Continued in computers & electronics for a while till I got bored and headed to SE Asia.

What better day to release a $1200+ turkey-makes perfect sense

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I haven't been on the forum in a while.  This is the most recent thread I could find on the new 715.

Where is the 715?  I couldn't even find it on the CZ site.  It used to be on there.

Was the whole project scrapped?

This is just TOO DAMN FUNNY!

Less than 2 weeks ago the CZ/DW website linked to the new 715 under Dan Wesson, now there's:

Nuthin'

Nada

Bupkus

Nichts

The famous CZ vanishing/smoke & mirrors/$1268 not worth it/revolver

New  DWF Challenge: The first guy that actually buys one of these gets a custom, one of a kind DWF hat with "715-It's Back" from me.

Believe it or not, I really want to have this had made for someone, I hope they start selling these, it will probably drive up the value of the ones I already own.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

At this point I feel like one of the "chosen few"....cool  I along with a few other DWF brothers were at least able to touch the new 715 at the NRA convention.

I almost listed my old 715 for sale here last week, but decided I wanted a 10MM CBOB more. Besides mine is still like new with less then 100 rounds fired, so buying a new one just didn't make sense.

With about 18 or more handguns to plink with, the round count stays kind of low on all except the Colt 22 auto pistol (aka Cadet) because besides being fun to shoot, it's very accurate and easiest handgun to clean I've ever owned. Well the Colt M4-22 is as easy if not easier, but it's a scarry accurate auto rifle that rivals my CZ's for accuracy and reliability.

Starting to look like it's been cancelled.

The new 715 used to be on their website; it's gone now.

Not a good sign.

Website is run by CZ corprate not DW, so could be a goof or who knows what.

Man I will be glad when RZ10 gets here, there's some revolver parts coming with it that I need.

I just bought a Colt 22 after a long extensive search for a cheap one--Does yours actually say "Cadet" on the slide?  I picked one up with a blank slide--I think it is a transition model between the cadet and Colt 22.

Colt only made a few that said Cadet before the lawsuit stop production and deliveries and they recalled the few ship and only a handful ended up out to public stamped as Cadet the 22 Automatic was what it ended up being called, there is suppose to be some that had nothing stamped on them and those might become very desirable in years to come.

Mine says 22 Auto or Automatic Pistol on the side, can't remember which. I have both 4" & 6" barrels/slides for the pistol, but only shoot the 6" target barrel.

Two weeks ago the CZ Corporate site linked to Dan Wesson (which it still does) which then displayed a 715 under "Revolvers", which it no longer does. It now links to some parts.

We'll see, I guess.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
