The HKS 10A works well for me & it's available practically anywhere.
Low tech, but it works great. LINK

I have some HKS 10A's as well, I have wanted to try the Comp III

I think the longer gripping area would work well, but I've only ever handled one of these, and not for shooting
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

In most generic compatibility questions like holsters and speed loaders, Smith K frame is a very good starting point. Colt Python also often works, especially to match up a holster for a VH shroud.

I've used safariland comp-3 for ppc shooting for a couple of years now and I have to say that durability is good. I've worn only one out and I've also bought used ones that still is going strong.
I've also tried JetLoader and they work pretty good to.
If you want a really quick reload go for a spring loaded speed loader, with some training you can reload in just over two seconds.
For recreational shooting a comp-2 or hks will work just fine.
Go for a loader for s&w k-frame they have the best fit for a 15/715, a loader for colt python can sometimes jam.
And avoid Longwitz SL Variant loaders, they are a pain in the a$$....

I have both HKS (used these for years) and Safariland and both work fine. The Safariland J-K2C is simpler to use and so far no problems on the DW's. I really like the comp II.
