I find the 10A particularly suited to the DW revolvers because of the catch position.
If you carry the speedloaders at the 1 or 2 o' clock position you can unlatch the cylinder & open/eject the fired brass left handed while pulling the speedloader right-handed. Then you grasp the open, empty cylinder with the left & Insert & twist the reloads with the right.

Years ago, when I last carried a revolver, I had speed loader which had a ring around them. Drop the front of the rounds into the cylinder, then push the ring down the loader and the rounds would be pushed into their chambers. It was faster than the gravity-drop style, and you could be certain that your ammo was in place.
