I bought my second Dan Wesson today! It is a 15-2 pistol pack series the original case, 2 1/2" , 4", 6", and 8" barrels. Brite blue finish, gauges, interchangeable sights in a small packet, belt buckle, emblem patch, paperwork and warranty card, 3 different grips, the previous owner said he had not fired it. The retail price list is from April, 1978. Made in Monson, Mass. The previous owner asked me to wear nitrile gloves when I looked at the weapon! He said it sat in his safe and it was time for a new owner to enjoy it! Enjoy my pics! Let me know if this was a good investment guys!

Does anyone know how many of these pistol packs were made? I have heard 250 total and I have also heard 500 total. This was the driving factor in me buying this pistol pack. I sent some close up pics of the firearm and the cylinder, but the admin may have limited the number of pics to be posted. I just knew if I didn't buy it right then, someone else would and I would be hating myself....

I think if you are referring to a total number of paks issued in your "exact" configuration...who knows? If you are talking about all .357 pistol paks there are probably 250 floating around among DWF members easily. Knowledge is scarce on lots of this type of information.
