To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:
if you find one...what's your plan?

hey brucertx,
I have really gotten hooked on the Renaissance Wax. My blue guns look so much better it is remarkable. I thought the cleaning it did of the surface was outstanding, but I was not prepared for the incredible shine that followed. I am living at the beach right now and the salt air is death on metal. Renaissance protects like nothing else.
One caveat, don't use too much and take it off asap. When finished, there is no way to tell there is anything on the gun. It just looks great! and no finger prints.
Oh, and the wood stocks are the best part.
Please let me know if I'm blowing hot air. It can't be as good as I think.

Ron, any problems with a sticky film when using the Boeshield? I've used it on my boat as an anti corrosion coating for storage and I note a dull, tacky film develops with time. It works great as a corrosion inhibitor and the film isn't a big problem on the engines but wondering what it's like on a firearm.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Yes, it does leave a waxy residue but is easily wiped away with your choice of CLP or just clean with a rag, then shoot. I use it on everything that goes into the safes- just in case. It's a bit humid down here.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
