As I sit patiently in line for one of LB's grips and ponder the choices, I'm wondering if anyone has some suggestions for which type to get.  I'd like to get one for my 15-2 and one for my 44 eventually, but if I have to settle for one right now it will be the 44.  I've got medium/large palms and slightly shorter fingers and the stock (target) are both a little cramped lengthwise and too fat pinkie-finger wise.  I shoot at targets not game at the moment so I thought about the new target grips but I'm not familiar enough with the other ones to just rule them out.  If it helps for reference, I have houge wood ones for my 15-2 and they fit pretty well and I can't stand the target ones for the small frames because of the lack of length and  space for my pinkie.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would trace your hand and send to LB, that way he could help you decide. I had some custom grips made for a few contenders and that seemed to help.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

My personal favorite for both large and small frame is this one:

I always found the "bigger at the bottom" shape to be the opposite of my hands which are smaller at the pinkie. Grip fit is a very personal thing.

So I ended up trying these, they're Houge, not LB I know, but don't rule out the LB types with the "odd-looking" small bottom, particularly if you like the Houges you have currently.. Maybe he can do a slightly thinner version of them even? My preference is for a grip with an obvious "side" as I find it helps me align my grasp, but the extra depth & smaller bottom is a huge benefit to me.

I have the Hogue ones on it now and they're pretty good.  They definitely help. That's why I thought the target grippers would be kind of like the best of both worlds.  I think the idea of tracing my hand is an awesome one.  Thanks!
