I know it's bad form to have a question as a first post.  But, oh well.  🙂

I hunted down a DW 44 mag with interchangeable barrels a few years ago.  I LOVE the gun.  Problem is I moved to Canada and you can't carry a handgun in the bush.  I'm not sure if I want to keep it just for target shooting.  The reason I bought it was to carry while out pig hunting.

It's in a safe in California so I can't access it at the moment to get the serial numbers.

However, it's blued (DEEEEEEP bluing) and I have (I think) 4 barrels and the wrench for it.  I'm pretty sure it's 10,8,6, and 4".  But, again, I could be mistaken.

I'm not asking for a quote but it would be nice to have a rough idea of what the gun is worth.  I've had it for at least 15 years.  I know they were out of production and it took me a while to find one.

Condition is at least VG and could be higher.  I've shot it quite a bit but it's always been treated very well.

If I sell it - I'll be crying in my beer for sure.

You need to introduce yourself in the new form members area please.  The value will be directly related to the barrel size as a 10" is more valuable than an 8" and is it in a factory case, do you have original boxes if it is not factory cased.  Pictures would be very beneficial to help answer this question but a good guess would be that on Gun Broker anywhere from 1700 - 2100, maybe more it all depends on what I mentioned.

Welcome from Wisconsin!

Sorry Steve maybe I should not of answered?

REALLY?

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks DA..64!  That was extremely helpful.  It certainly put me on the right track.  I'll get all the details shortly and post up with more information.  I know I didn't really have enough info but it's all that I've got until my next trip to Cali.  Again, MUCHO APPRECIATED!

I don't plan on spending much time here but I'll give a quick intro on the other page.

Answer Away. You are not the one who ignored Forum Policy and Etiquette.
