I have looked at all the picture and all the threads, and I can not find the one I have. Here are some pics. Some of the specs are: .357 mag, 6 shot, DA, Blue with rubber grips, 6" Vented barrel, No finger groves on the grip, Adjustable rear sight, colored front sight, interchangeable barrel.
Thanks for the help!
Thank You!!!
My dad shot this thing for years, and he just gave it to me about a month ago. It has a 6" barrel, and he thinks he might have a 8" with a scope. I am not too familiar with revolvers, due to me being a SA fan. I am having one problem with it. I have searched the forum, and can not find a thread on it. The trouble I am having is the cylinder not advancing when the hammer is cocked or the trigger is pulled in SA. It does not do it all the time, but about half the time. Any suggestions?

Very likely due to barrel gap being too tight. This can be from crud built upon the cylinder face from poor cleaning, a barrel gap set too tight during barrel re-installation, or some combination of both. Factory spec on barrel gap is .006", you can go as tight as .002", BUT cylinder faces are not uniformly square. B/C gap should be checked on all 6 chambers and gapped to the tightest one.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
