My old 15 was made around 1975. Probably hasn’t had 3 or 4 hundred rounds shot in it, did these come out with 9lb main springs. I’m not interested in making this a lifetime project just want to shoot it without a 95% light strike rate. Good old gun but I shoot a lot of DA. Just changed to my 8in ba last week.

Wolff Gunsprings, http://www.gunsprings.com, has springs for several different models including the 15-2. I have used their springs with good results.
