I'm wondering if anyone has used the Wolff Spring Pak. I want to improve the double action, but don't want to worry about light primer strikes. Would changing just the Reduced Power Trigger Return Spring make much difference or would I have to change the hammer power spring too for something noticeable?

I tried the cal pac in my like new 15-2 and had lot of FF so I went back to stock and gun is 100% again, but the gun has no polishing done and is all original and a very low round count being in the 400 to 500 round range.

I've used them in my guns with good success. The kit comes with an 8lb and a 7 or 71/2lb main spring. I believe the stock one is 9lbs. I only have one DW that will work reliably with the lightest spring. The rest work well with the 8lb one. It's going to depend on the gun. They all have the lighter trigger return springs. I polish the surfaces lightly when I'm in there too. If the gun is used for self defense I would test it thoroughly with your carry ammo before putting it into service.

When I bought my .357mag 715 it was in what I at least determine was "good shape".
After a week or so the trigger began to stick, which worried me immensely since this was my first and only weapon at the time and of course was my home defense gun.
I sterted a post (linked below) and Wdelack suggested Id do a deep cleaning using a guide by SHOOTIST357 titled "Tuning up your 15-2 — The Average Joe method…." (also liked below).

I bought the Wolff springs since I was going to get into the meat and potatoes of my .357.
After pulling out tons of dirt and installing the springs....what a difference.
So I highly recomend Wolff springs. Dont forget tom save the originals....never discard the original parts of a DW.
Sincerely,
Rod
