. Thank Ya Brother. Hope you keeping warm up there. My in-laws are in Plainfield, few miles outside Joliet. She said they had 9" of white stuff this morn and still expecting another 6-7" with blizzard conditions starting in the afternoon today. Be safe if your anywhere around that mess..

We're about 1 hour north and east of Plainfield. We only have 7" so far, but we do have blizzard conditions, so who knows how much we'll get total. Got a huge John Deere snow blower so after the stupid bowl we'll go out and have at it. Hopefully it will have stopped by then.

Doing our best. I just measured 15" on the patio. Still coming down like gangbusters and blowing to beat the band. That huge JD snowblower is going to get a real workout tonight.

Here's the little Sears 21" single stage that I use, in a photo I like to call "Trench Warfare"

Now I feel bad (not!). Been cooking up a huge batch of venison black bean chili (6# of venison, 1# pork, 1# ground chuck) and it got kinda' warm in the kitchen. So I opened up the patio door and the kitchen window. Also turned on a couple of ceiling fans.
Have to be careful it doesn't below 68 in the house!

Hi Mike,
Thanks for all your contributions to the Forum and all the help you have given members over the years. I am jealous of the big Deere. I had to hit the 19in monday morning with a 21in craftsman like Steve has. Only took about 4 hours !!!! and a copperfit back brace !!!
