Tried just researching on gunbroker for related revolvers, but I couldn't find one that was close.
It's a 1979 715-VH 357mag 4inch heavy barrel with smooth walnut grips. Stainless Steel finish
I have original box and paperwork along with the little pages they throw in that show what else they sell. The paperwork includes instruction booklet, Pricing booklet and a Paper advertising their "new" 22 line. Also have bought a Dan Wesson hard case for it as well.
What would you guys price this at? The gun itself hasn't been shot very many times. I get tired off having to clean the stainless. No dings or scratches. Still looks new.
Hmmm, where to start? It may not be stainless steel. If it is a 1979 gun it cannot be stainless. They started in 1981. You may have a blue gun that has been hard chromed. The fact that you have to constantly clean it sounds like a polished finish. Stainless has a brushed finish. The serial number will tell the story. And pictures will help too. Is the hard case a Dan Wesson pistol pack case or a mini Pac case? The smooth walnut grip is very desirable. Both the grip and the case add greatly to the value. We need pictures and serial number.

SD010704 is the model # I believe and I'll post some pictures from my phone in a few minutes.
The box I have for it is a tan Styrofoam 2 piece box that's molded for the gun and paperwork. The styrofoam has Dan Wesson Arms molded in it. Then it has an outer sleeve that slides over that's white and has a bunch of dan wesson stuff on it. The hard case I have is new. Bought it like 6 months ago and is technically for a Dan Wesson air gun but the foam cut out was perfect fit.
Thanks for replies. I really love this revolver and don't want to sell it, but bills are stacking up so I have to sell off the toys first.

The 'S' in the serial number indicates stainless steel. From the serial number registry, it looks like the gun is from the 1984-85 time frame.

Thanks guys. That's what I was thinking. I'm pretty sure I paid around 550 or so last year for it. Wasn't really my plan to flip it for money. But it's nice it hasn't lost value. I'm trying to wait to sell this one for last. Selling off AK and sks first. Every time I pick up that revolver I think of more excuses not to sell it. It just feels so nice in the hands
