I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we have added a new Classified Ads section to the Dan Wesson Forum site. The new DWF Classified Ads section will provide a better way for our members to sell their unwanted items. Some of the benefits of the new DWF Classified Ads are:
• Allows ads to be posted in specific categories making it easier for potential buyers to find what they are looking for.
• Only Member can post or reply to ads.
• Ads expire after a specified number of days which will keep classifieds up to date with available items.
• Members can delete ads once an item has been sold.
The following are posting guidelines for the DWF Forum.
- Identify prices as firm, negotiable, or best offer (OBO).
- No open forum posting regarding classified negotiations.
- The seller should update the Ad when the status changes (Pending, Sold, etc).
- Once the transaction is completed the seller should delete the ad.
We would like anyone who has items for sell listed in the For Sale Forum or an item you are looking for in the Wanted Forum to re-list it in the new classified section by 8/23. After this date the postings will be removed from the forum.
As always we try to make the DWF as useful as possible and value any feedback you would like to share.
